Career and College Promise (CCP)

Picture
High school students in North Carolina can get a head start on college – for free!  They can take college courses and earn college credits while still in high school!
Career and College Promise, or CCP, allows eligible high school students to take college courses at Wake Tech. It is sometimes referred to as dual enrollment, and the program has had other names in the past (Huskins, Learn and Earn, Learn and Earn online).
CCP offers two pathways, depending on a student’s goals.
Each pathway includes specific coursework.

Where do I start? Information Sessions.

Prospective Career and College Promise students are required to attend an information session where they will learn about eligibility requirements, the application process, and pathways and course offerings. Sessions are held each semester – for the upcoming semester – on our Wake Tech Campuses as well as at local, community sites. All information sessions are open for anyone to attend. Parents are encouraged but not required to attend with their student.
